    All prices stated in our Web Site include VAT for UE countries users, and don't include VAT for the users from an extra EU country.

  • How do I make an order?   
    Select your products on line is very easy. Simply add the products you like in the “Cart” (“Carrello”). Click on the “purchase” (“Compra”) button and a page will open up. If you are not yet registered with us, you will be asked to do so and after that, enter the web site by using your LOG IN and password and return to the 'cart' section and then to the 'purchase' section. Choose the method of payment and follow the instruction. Your order is made. Immediately you will receive an e-mail of confirmation as well as the reference number. Please check carefully that the details of the order are correct, in case of incorrect data please contact us immediately in order to modify them. The reference number will allow you to follow step by step the progress of your order.

  • When do I pay?  
    Amount > € 1.000,00: a down payment of 50% will be required at the moment of the order, it is the same amount requested by our producers at the moment of the order. The remaining amount will have to be paid when the producer has informed us that the goods are ready, usually it happens 7 days before delivery.   
    Amount < € 1.000,00: all the amount will be required at the moment of the order.

  • How long does it take to receive the product?  
    Our deliveries within the EU are made by road transportation. Some producers of hand made products needs a longer period. In cases where a delay will occur we will communicate it immediately. Deliveries within extra EU countries can be done by air or sea, it will vary depending on the volume of the order; these deliveries can take longer than the stated delivery time.

  • How will I know that the goods is arriving?  
    Our partners dealing with transportation, before the delivery we will contact you to arrange the most suitable date. Please note that in order to avoid further costs, let us know if there are any particular times or regulation of the traffic within your area. All deliveries require a signature to confirm the arrival, therefore it is very important that a person authorised to collect the goods will be present on the arranged date.

  • What does it happen if the product arrived broken ?  
    At the moment of delivery, check the packaging, which must be undamaged, if not check the goods in order to take advantage of the insurance policy in case of damaged goods. If the goods are broken, do not sign for the goods and immediately send us a fax at +39744309966, followed by a registered post letter. This procedure is essential for having reimbursed the total amount or a new delivery.
